Choosing the right Home Inspector to accurately evaluate your home can be difficult and usually comes at a stressful time when there are dozens of other things to consider. I am a homeowner myself and understand the importance of the investment you are making. I will not try to sell you a house or talk you out of buying one. My goal is to provide you with accurate, honest and realistic information that will help you make an informed decision about the property.

I invite you to attend the inspection so that we can discuss any concerns you might have and so I can review my findings in person with you at the end of the inspection. My service does not stop after the Report is delivered. In the future, I will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding your home's operation and maintenance.
