• Completed a comprehensive Home Inspection course
• I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
• All iNACHI inspectors must meet rigorous requirements set by this organization to attain certification and participate in a continuing education program to maintain that certification
• I have passed iNACHI's on-line inspector examination
• I have completed iNACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it
• I have passed iNACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them
• I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year
• Member of the iNachi National Chapter
• Member of the iNachi Long Island Chapter
• Member of the Society of Field Engineers
